Payment & Billing

• Content creation (video, photography, graphic design)
• Social media management
• Website design and optimization
• Marketing strategy and consulting

• All services are billed according to the agreed contract or invoice.
• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.

All services are provided based on agreed-upon scope, timelines, and pricing outlined in client agreements.

Client Responsibility

Clients agree to: Provide necessary assets, access, and information in a timely manner Communicate feedback and approvals promptly
Ensure they have the right to any content or materials provided to VSM. Delays in communication or asset delivery may impact timelines.

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
VSM retains the right to use all created content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any third-party assets (music, stock footage, etc.) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Revisions & Edits

Clients agree to:

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra fees.

follower growth, engagement metrics, & revenue increases. Performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

Cancellations

• Ongoing services may be canceled with written notice (typically 14–30 days depending on agreement).
• Any work completed prior to cancellation must be paid in full.

Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Platform-related issues (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Meta outages or algorithm changes)
